Dear Valued Customer,

Ashburn Chemical Technologies is open for business and continues to provide our FLUID360 Solutions to Protect Your Production. Based on the DHS standards, Ashburn is considered an essential and critical business because we support the continued safe operations and critical supply chains of various essential industries.

In light of the Stay Home-Work Safe order issued for Harris County, Texas on March 24, 2020, we wanted to communicate to you that, as an essential and critical business, Ashburn has implemented plans to safely remain operational throughout this situation.

A memorandum issued on March 19, 2020, by the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) Director of Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), provides guidance as to which businesses, industries and supply chains are considered essential and critical to national resilience during the COVID-19 response. These businesses have a special responsibility and obligation in these times to continue operations.

To that end, Ashburn has implemented and continues to maintain the following health and safety measures for our employees, customers and suppliers to allow us to continue to support the operations of these key components of our nation’s critical infrastructure:

  • Implementation of a work-from-home policy for certain employees
  • Adherence to published guidelines regarding employee wellness and workplace sanitation
  • Increased social distancing in the workplace
  • Maximizing the use of teleconferencing to conduct internal and external meetings
  • Restrictions placed on employee travel and office visitors

Currently, we are not experiencing any supply chain interruptions that would impact our scheduled deliveries or lead times. We will continue to monitor this rapidly evolving situation and, if necessary, communicate any adjustments to our plan. We continue to stand behind our commitment to GO BEYOND and Protect Your Production.

Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or requests for updates on your projects.

We can be reached by phone at (832) 399-1000.

Sincerely,

The Ashburn Team
