Description

APEX 7700 is a heavy-duty water-soluble cutting and grinding fluid fortified with extreme pressure additives for difficult applications. It is manufactured for turning, milling, drilling, sawing, and grinding in individual machine sumps or central systems. It will increase blade, tool, or wheel life and production.

APEX 7700 is Bio-Stable due to the fact that the raw materials naturally resist bacteria and fungus. It provides long term worry free sump life without disposal. It is very suitable for today’s advanced recycling equipment. This product can be used on ferrous and nonferrous metals including cast iron and aluminum.

APEX 7700 works well in hard water and will not form hard water soaps. This product has a mild pH and rejects tramp oil very well. This will greatly reduce the risk of operator’s skin or respiratory problems. The superior tramp oil rejection also reduces smoke during heavy cutting and increases the coolant’s sump life. The excellent rust and corrosion properties will protect the machine tools and provide short term rust protection on the machined parts.
